RETURN AND CANCELLATION POLICY

1. ORDER CANCELLATION

1.1. The Buyer has the right to cancel the order before it is shipped by notifying the Seller by phone +996 507 301 634 or email avtozapcastik@gmail.com.

1.2. In case of cancellation of a paid order, a full refund is issued within 10 business days.

2. PRODUCT RETURNS

2.1. The Buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 days from the date of receipt, provided that the product appearance, consumer properties, and the document confirming the purchase are preserved.

2.2. Return of defective products is carried out in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Consumer Protection".

3. RETURN CONDITIONS

3.1. The product must not have been used.

3.2. Original packaging must be preserved.

3.3. The product must be complete.

4. REFUND PROCEDURE

4.1. Refunds are made using the same payment method as the original payment.

4.2. Refund period — up to 10 business days from the date of receiving the returned product.

4.3. For bank card payments, the refund is made to the same card used for payment.
