PUBLIC OFFER

for the sale of goods by remote method

This document is an official proposal (public offer) of the BAuto VIP online store (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller"), addressed to any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"), to conclude a contract for the sale of goods by remote method on the terms set forth below.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Offer is an official proposal of the Seller — an individual entrepreneur registered in the Kyrgyz Republic (registration number 004-2026-169-997, TIN 22505200001545, OKPO 34758275), located at: Bishkek, Chokan-Valikhanov str. 15/1, office 1.

1.2. In accordance with the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic, this document is a public offer, and upon acceptance of the conditions set forth below, the person accepting this offer makes payment for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

1.3. Acceptance of this offer is placing an order on the website Bishkekautovip.kg and/or paying for the goods by any provided method.

2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer ownership of the goods ordered in the BAuto VIP online store to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods.

3. ORDER PROCEDURE

3.1. The Buyer places an order through the website Bishkekautovip.kg by adding goods to the cart and filling out the order form.

3.2. When placing an order, the Buyer provides: full name, contact phone number, email address (if available), delivery address.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. Product prices are listed on the website in US dollars (USD) and are final.

4.2. The price of goods when paying by bank card corresponds to the price when paying by any other method.

4.3. Payment is made by bank card online, bank transfer, or cash on delivery.

5. DELIVERY

5.1. Delivery is carried out within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of order confirmation.

5.2. Delivery territory: Kyrgyz Republic.

6. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

6.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "On Consumer Protection".
